Weun is a founding member of the Arliok Pentarchate, and Zebreka’s orbit marks the traditional boundary of the Outer Pentarchate and [[Extralegal Space]], with the Opposite Omicron Relay at Zebreka’s L2 Lagrange point being the outermost object owned by any member state.

Isolated from the rest of the solar system for most of its history by Zebreka’s location in the deep outer system and unconventional axis, which made it cumbersome for inner system ships to rendevouz with, Weun has an eccentric mystique to inner system peoples. A civilization that developed viewing the solar system, and by extension life, from a backwards, topsy-turvy perspective. However biased that assessment is, Weun’s culture can certainly be described as especially insular, with a supreme emphasis on tropes and mythological archetypes, especially as are applied to their own historical narratives.
