Victoria was born in 251 AG to a dockhand in Plankytown. She was born with the name Victoria Deleran, a mark of her elvish background. A year into her life, she was orphaned during the Sack of Comer. She then spent her early childhood as a ward of The Olive Branch, an orphanage in the merchant district of Comer.
